Last time we spoke, you said the eclipses of July and August

were likely to bring about restructuring or reorganization in my company,

possibly a change of bosses.

You said it would be a window of about two weeks in either direction.

we learned of a hostile takeover bid from a French company.

They want to buy us out and consolidate our firm with theirs.

Remember saying that mid-October was ripe for a very intense emotional/physical relationship?

During this time I was in Memphis for a meeting and arranged to have a "blind date" for a black tie dinner.
